獣肉の焼肉等はあちこちにありますが⋯レバニラ炒め等に料理されているのは初めてでしたが、猟師と食肉解体をシステム化させた肉だけあり、ジビエ特有の獣臭が全くない事に驚きました。捕獲には銃を使わずに捕獲を依頼し、一切冷凍をしないのが美味しさの秘訣だそうです。
何を食べても美味かった〜。人里離れた阿武隈川沿いの山の麓にあります。
