都内ではあり得ない破格の盛り合わせが登場。間違いなく都内の半値以下で、ジビエがフランス語すら知らず、恥ずかしい・・
希少な熊肉、鹿乳腺、天然カモなど、満腹になるくらいの盛り合わせでした。
下処理に拘った入荷困難な天然お肉が盛り沢山で、四季折々の餌によってお肉の風味が変わるとの事、きちんとお肉全てに管理番号があり、お肉なのに、QRコードで全て把握できるとの事。
驚きばかりなのに、大将自らお肉をレクチャーしながら、焼いてくれます。
素晴らしいお肉と、焼いて頂けるサービス、しかも、売り上げの一部が、障がい児の親子の支援に使われ、ペットフードに対する取り組みも行っている素晴らしいお店です。
